Rewards FAQ

In stores, our sales associates can lookup your balance. Create an online account with your email address and your reward balance will be displayed on the customer account page login or setup account.

Just make sure you give us your email in the stores. As long as your purchase is associated with an email address, you will earn rewards. All online purchases will automatically earn rewards. You will receive a welcome email shortly after your order ships.

In the stores, we'll remind you if you have a reward balance. You can also see your balance on the bottom of your printed receipt. For online purchases, you must set up a customer account. Once you have set up an account you will see a unique reward card number on the customer account page. Use that code in the discount code / gift card field at checkout.

Saint Bernard Rewards Terms and Conditions

You don't get earn Saint Bernard Rewards when you buy a gift card, but you do get Saint Bernard Rewards when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
If you return an item, we deduct the Saint Bernard Rewards earned on that item from your balance. If you used the Saint Bernard Rewards and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Berno reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their Saint Bernard Rewards balance if Berno determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Berno's sole discretion.
